Santa’s Studio by Commercial Bay – Terms & Conditions

1. Santa's Studio by Commercial Bay is a ticketed event at One Queen Courtyard, Commercial Bay, Auckland ("Santa's Studio").  Santa's Studio will be open daily for Santa portraits from 1 December 2025 until 24 December 2025 (“Season”), between the hours of 10am – 5pm, with late nights 10am – 8pm on Thursdays.  In addition, Santa’s Studio will be open between the hours of 5pm – 6pm during the Season (except Thursdays) for seasonal portraits without Santa.

2. Bookings for Santa’s Studio are limited.  Bookings can be made online at https://www.commercialbay.co.nz/santasstudio.  Alternatively, visitors can walk in, although this is subject to availability.  Purchase of tickets implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. Ticket prices for Santa's Studio are $30 per session (plus booking fee, if applicable).  Each session booked will be entitled to receive a $30 Commercial Bay gift card, valid until 31 January 2026, which can be collected at the Commercial Bay concierge following (and on the same day as) your booking and which may be used at participating retailers.

4. Bookings are for a maximum of six people and comprise a visit to Santa's Studio and a photo opportunity with Santa (unless a 5pm-6pm slot is booked outside of Thursdays, in which case bookings comprise a visit to Santa’s Studio and a photo opportunity). Bookings will be allocated in 10 minute intervals. All children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.  Precinct cannot guarantee that visitors will be allowed entry to Santa’s Studio if they arrive after their allocated booking time.

5. Each Santa’s Studio session includes one professionally printed portrait presented in a custom frame together with access to a digital copy of the photo.  A link to the digital photo will be shared via text message using the phone number registered by the visitor who has booked the session and will be downloadable for two years from the date it is sent.  Additional printed copies are available for purchase at $15 each.  The photo can be collected at the Commercial Bay concierge following (and on the same day as) your booking.

6. All bookings are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.  Cancellations and changes to bookings can be made by following the link in your booking confirmation email.  Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.  Any refund provided may be less a processing fee.  Precinct reserves the right to make any changes to Santa’s Studio (including opening hours) or these terms and conditions without notice. 

7. Personal information provided in connection with Santa’s Studio will be held in accordance with Precinct’s privacy policy https://www.commercialbay.co.nz/privacy-policy

8. Santa’s Studio is operated by Precinct Properties Holdings Limited (“Precinct”).  To the extent permitted by law, neither Precinct nor any of its related parties or other person or parties associated with Santa’s Studio will be liable to any person for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered by any person attending Santa’s Studio.
