Santa’s Studio by Commercial Bay – Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and changes to bookings can be made by following the link in your booking confirmation email. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking or no-shows are not eligible for a refund. Precinct cannot guarantee that visitors will be allowed entry if they arrive after their allocated booking time. Precinct reserves the right to make any changes to Santa’s Studio (including opening hours) or these terms and conditions without notice.
